Asbestos Litigation Attorney

About the role

The California Offices of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP seek an attorney with 3 – 12 years of asbestos litigation experience. Ideal candidates have experience taking an active role in asbestos-related cases, including attending hearings and taking depositions; silicosis litigation experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California and bring the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.

Pay

The annualized salary range for this position is $200,000 - $350,000, depending on the candidate’s overall relevant experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Discretionary bonuses may also be awarded annually.
