Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors
- Cookordinate onsite work
- Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Implement project-specific work plans
- Manage crew's labor and equipment time for maximum productivity and budget adherence
- Interface and communicate professionally with clients
- Oversee delivery and off-loading of supplies and materials
- Complete daily field reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Asbestos, Demolition, or Construction Supervisor
- Minimum of 2 years related field experience with construction and management
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 certifications required (certificates must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- 40-hour Asbestos Supervisor certification required
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules preferred, but not required
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment preferred, but not required
- Torch cutting and rigging experience preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma, GED, or vocational schooling preferred, but not required
Working Environment/Physical Demands
- Must be able to perform tasks involving bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds
- Must pass a physical examination by a medical professional for anticipated work requirements
- Must pass a background check and be able to obtain access to military bases across the United States
- A valid driver’s license is required, along with a safe driving record as measured by company policy
Total Rewards
- Compensation: Compensation range: $27.00 - $30.00/hour. Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.
- Benefits: Includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), retirement plans (401(k) with 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions), paid time off (80 hours per year), sick time (56 hours per year), and paid holidays (8 company-paid holidays per year).
