AS Revival Seasonal Stockroom Associate

About the Role

The Brand Representative (Sales Associate) at Altar'd State drives revenue and provides exceptional service to guests through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean store environment. This role reports to Store Leadership and consistently achieves individual sales goals that support overall store objectives.

Responsibilities

• People:
  • Provides excellent guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Builds relationships with guests to create loyalty.
  • Receives positive, unsolicited guest feedback.
  • Communicates effectively with store management and guests.
  • Treats others with respect and values differences.
  • Supports a learning and trust-based environment as a positive role model.
• Process:
  • Completes opening/closing procedures and tasks as directed by management.
  • Locates merchandise effectively and maintains organization.
  • Performs register transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Adheres to loss prevention practices and reports potential incidents.
  • Maintains a safe work environment and reports hazards.
  • Participates in inventory preparation.
  • Reports to work as scheduled and records time accurately.
• Presentation:
  • Assists in constructing merchandising and window displays.
  • Maintains a clean and presentable store environment.
  • Represents the brand through appropriate dress and grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting.
• Occasionally climb ladders and stairs, depending on location.
• Lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
