Artworker

About the role

We're looking for an Artworker to bring ideas to life with precision and creativity. The role combines creativity with precision, focusing on high-quality, print-ready artwork across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, print-ready artwork aligned to brand guidelines
• Design and build accurate, user-friendly forms for print and data capture
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Manage amends quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Adeptly adapt creative across multiple formats including forms, presentation decks, mail packs, and personalized print
• Collaborate with account management and production teams to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Strong creative artwork experience within print, mailing, or fulfillment
• Confident designing structured forms with excellent accuracy
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience preparing artwork for high-volume print and variable data
• Detail-focused, organized, and comfortable working at pace
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to quality output with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Desirable: Experience with variable data printing
• Desirable: Experience with large-scale mailings and proposals
