About the role

The Artist Management Coordinator will coordinate day-to-day operations, support the continued development and growth of Roc Nation clients, and liaise with partners, in-house marketing/PR, digital and brand partnership teams to ensure goals and obligations are met. The ideal candidate is an organized, hardworking, creative, intelligent and driven team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management team of all Roc Nation clients
  • Travel for tours, one-off and special events, sometimes with minimal notice
  • Answer, transfer, and screen incoming communications in a pleasant, efficient manner
  • Proactively assist in managing client personal and professional calendars
  • Extensive communication with travel agents to book work-related and personal travel for clients, including ground transportation, flights, hotels, activities, etc.
  • Run various errands during the week and occasionally on weekends
  • Coordinate necessary needs for client visits in office
  • Prepare and present creative presentation decks for client presentations
  • Brainstorm and initiate ideas to create efficiencies for the management team and clients
  • Work in tandem with the artist’s Executive and Business Managers
  • Accept, sort, file, distribute, and send out mail and packages
  • Manage household needs for clients, including scheduling and overseeing regular services, deliveries, and installations
  • Thorough organization of Google Drive folders and documents for all clients
  • Submit expenses correctly and in a timely manner
  • Plan personal events for clients
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Extensive note-taking and record-keeping for reference
  • Flexible working hours that may include weekends, late nights, holidays, etc.
  • Work with high-profile talent, requiring understanding of personal and professional boundaries and utmost discretion
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of day-to-day or tour management experience preferred
  • Proficiency and full working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
  • Comfortable and professional communicating with executives and high-profile VIPs
  • Ability to remain flexible, calm, and collected while shifting priorities quickly in response to changing circumstances
  • Punctual and agile in responding to all requests at any given time
  • Effective problem-solving through difficult and last-minute situations
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated individual, quick on their feet, and shows initiative to go the extra mile
  • Work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa

Pay

$68,000.00 USD – $85,000.00 USD. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
