Artist Hospitality Coordinator - Mountain Winery

About the role
The Artist Hospitality Coordinator will coordinate all hospitality needs for artists and crew, including meal planning, catering, travel coordination, dressing room maintenance, and fulfilling artist requests to ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and send day-of-event meal plans to artist management for approval, ensuring all dietary needs are met and making adjustments as requested.
- Prepare and serve meals at the venue on show day according to the approved meal plan, including cleanup afterward.
- Set up, stock, and maintain cleanliness of dressing rooms, ensuring all items on the artist’s rider are provided and all requests are fulfilled.
- Review the artist’s contract to ensure compliance with venue requirements and develop a day-of-event itinerary and execution plan.
- Coordinate with the artist’s assistant to meet all needs and assist with errands as required.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of related work experience.
- Existing relationships with agents, managers, and touring personnel.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting requests.
- Strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Experience working with deadlines.
- Knowledge of the music industry preferred.
Pay
$17.50 - $21.00 per hour.
