About the role

Elara Caring Hospice is currently looking for volunteers to share their gift of time with hospice patients on their end-of-life journey. No special skills are required, just a listening ear and an open heart.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and support hospice patients and their families
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Be present during important moments

Requirements

• Compassionate and caring personality
• Willingness to commit to regular volunteer shifts
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

Qualifications

• No special skills are required
• Flexible scheduling is preferred
