As part of our FieldCare team, you’ll play a critical role in protecting that reputation by delivering expert maintenance, repairs, and exceptional customer support directly in the field.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on FieldTurf synthetic turf systems
• Diagnose issues and deliver timely, effective solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Complete accurate service documentation and reports in a timely manner
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication and outstanding service
• Education field owners and operators on proper maintenance techniques and equipment usage to maximize field longevity and performance
• Collaborate with FieldCare Coordinators, Customer Service teams, and regional sales representatives to provide seamless customer support
• Support FieldTurf’s service growth by identifying maintenance and equipment opportunities for customers
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles to FieldTurf standards
• Utilize technology platforms including Outlook, Concur, and Field Service Lightning to manage schedules, reporting, and communication

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field
Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and service documentation
Experience with field service software or mobile service platforms is a plus
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region, with overnight stays. (Summer months are the busiest.)
Strong Computer skills for email, reports and teams

Qualifications

Physical Requirements: Active outdoor work in varying weather conditions and requires the ability to perform physical labor, including lifting equipment, field repairs, and extended time on job sites.
