Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows to support various operations including but not limited to tax, audit, attest, accounting, and operations.
• Integrate internal systems like HR, recruiting, IT help desk, and more with AI solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Translate complex business problems into effective solutions through the innovative application of AI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and challenges, and design AI-based solutions to address them.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of AI and leverage them to continually improve our AI capabilities.
• Train and mentor team members on AI technologies and methodologies.
• Ensure the ethical use of AI in all our operations and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher will be highly regarded.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI agents and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and methodologies, and their application in the business context.
• Proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in integrating AI with internal systems like HR, recruiting, IT help desk, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the ethical considerations in AI and compliance requirements in the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.

Pay

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
