Artificial Intelligence Director

Key Responsibilities

Plans, manages and controls the activities of a team or teams of analysts that provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large.

Leads project teams to design and develop of program methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured, diverse "big data" sources. Communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service and business management to be incorporated into the measuring of effective business processes.

Performs complex statistical and data-mining analysis, using statistical tools like R, SAS and MATLAB. Input and design of data acquisition systems, data structure and database design.

Bridges expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis.

Helps business groups understand their data by applying analytics to derive insights and works with business units to determine actions and KPI for those actions; input on effective strategies. Interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments; Identifies correlations on how an understanding beyond what is measured today can be established, based on a deep knowledge of the business and environment.

Selects, develops and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.

Leads or participates in project teams developing analytical models, algorithms and automated processes, applying SQL understanding and PHP or Python programming, to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets.

Salary and Benefits

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
