Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI initiatives for business value, alignment, and feasibility
- Identify integration requirements with core platforms (Salesforce, FIT, RPA)
- Create structured AI workflow documentation and comprehensive requirements specifications
- Design data flow architecture aligned with existing processes
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for operational embedding and adoption
- Design data flow maps across Salesforce, FIT, and RPA
- Resolve friction points between AI capabilities and platform functionality
- Perform comprehensive pre- and post-deployment testing
- Track deployed AI capabilities post-launch for performance and enhancements
- Translate technical concepts into actionable business language
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage multiple parallel projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years in business analysis, systems integration, process improvement, or enterprise workflow systems
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CRM configuration and integration
- Working knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in process documentation, data flow mapping, requirements gathering, and business process modeling
- Strong ability to evaluate business cases, assess ROI, and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Expertise with performance reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel), KPI development, and dashboard design
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across functions without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple platforms, exercise independent judgment on technical and business decisions, balance competing priorities, and thrive in fast-evolving AI environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Hold Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Obtain RPA certification (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent)
- Obtain AI or data analytics certification (Google Data Analytics, Microsoft AI-900, or equivalent)
- Have prior experience in customer experience (CX), contact center, or customer support technology environments
