About the Opportunity

The Artificial Intelligence Automation Specialist role is centered on developing and implementing AI-driven automation systems within customer experience operations. This position is critical in building scalable, agentic AI tools that streamline repetitive workflows, improve operational visibility, and prevent issues before they arise. The role involves collaboration across teams to enhance automation strategies and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive operational workflows including reporting, transcript analysis, knowledge management, and case management across platforms like Slack and Salesforce.
• Identify and flag stalled processes, aged cases, SLA risks, and duplicates to prevent operational disruptions.
• Provide leadership with self-service access to automated data insights and business intelligence on performance metrics.
• Develop memory architecture for bots to integrate staffing, feedback, transcripts, and agent activities.
• Connect and deploy orchestration layers to automate customer experience workflows and internal tools.
• Measure operational reliability and system accuracy, designing escalation protocols for human intervention.
• Collaborate with data teams to maintain trustworthy AI outputs and scale successful solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce integrations or customer support tools such as DevRev, Cresta, or knowledge management systems.
• Background in data modeling or analytics using tools like dbt, Redshift, or Trino.
• Experience creating tools for non-technical end users.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary ranges vary by geographic zone, e.g., $117,400—$146,800 USD in certain regions, $105,600—$132,000 USD in others, and $99,800—$124,700 USD in additional areas.
