As ARTE MUSEUM continues its global expansion, this role will play a key part in launching and shaping the guest experience at our newest U.S. destination. Position Details Position Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator Employer: ARTE MUSEUM Los Angeles Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Santa Monica, CA (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Pay Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour (overtime eligible) Position Summary The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing online travel agencies (OTAs) and expanding ticket distribution channels. This role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring smooth system integrations, and optimizing product placement across various sales platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of OTAs, and experience in troubleshooting ticketing systems. Responsibilities Support Marketing & Sales Team leader Manage OTA (Online Travel Agency) and online distribution channel management Pioneer and expand ticket distribution channels Negotiate favorable commission rates and sign contracts Ensure that products are attractively positioned on the platforms of OTA sales channels Settle the quantity and amount sold in accordance with the settlement cycle Ensure that settled amounts are deposited on time Manage the integration of our ticketing system and API with newly signed OTAs Analyze performance by sales channel and create and execute a plan to increase revenue Troubleshoot ticketing system and OTA system issues Upgrade OTA and ticketing system when adding or changing ticket types Provide hands-on operational support as needed Job Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience preferred In-depth understanding of OTAs and online distribution channels Strong analytical and negotiation skills Knowledge of APIs and experience troubleshooting ticketing systems Meticulous scheduling and vendor management skills Ability to be an active and engaged communicator Food Handler Card required prior to start of employment Why Join Us Be part of a first-of-its-kind immersive art experience in the US Work within a globally expanding brand with a passionate, creative team Contribute directly to the growth and guest experience of ARTE MUSEUM's newest Santa Monica location Benefits Medical and Vision insurance fully paid by employer 401(k) with employer matching PTO / PSL 20 complimentary museum tickets per quarter Arte Museum is an equal-opportunity employer.
