[Arte Museum Los Angeles] Museum Team Member
About the role
D'strict is a design company that creates innovative spatial experiences by developing content with digital media technology. Since its establishment in 2004, d'strict has kept pace with technological development, providing custom-developed content (Commercial Service), licensing media art content, and operating its own exhibition venues (Art Service). The company has produced numerous acclaimed public art projects, including installations at K‑Pop Square in Seoul and Times Square, New York, and is the producer and operator of "ARTE MUSEUM," the most popular media art exhibition space in Korea. Since September 2020, ARTE MUSEUM has attracted over 5 million visitors worldwide and has earned several global design awards, including the iF Design Award.
ARTE MUSEUM is an immersive media art exhibition space centered on the theme 'ETERNAL NATURE,' reinterpreting natural elements and spaces through digital media technologies and visual creativity. The brand launched its first venue in Jeju, South Korea, in September 2020 and has since expanded to major cities globally, cumulating five million visitors. ARTE MUSEUM Los Angeles, d'strict's newest US venue, opens November 27, 2026, building on the success of its Las Vegas and New York locations. Operations Staff are the heart of the ARTE MUSEUM guest experience — the first face visitors see and the team that keeps every corner of the museum running smoothly. From welcoming guests at the front desk to maintaining the beauty of the exhibition floor, Operations Staff rotate across key functions including Reception, Ticket Checking, Rounding, MD Shop, and Tea Bar. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in creating memorable moments for every visitor, this role is for you.
