EVERSANA INTOUCH® is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry and the first—and only—agency network to be part of a fully integrated commercialization platform through EVERSANA®. We provide next-generation creative and media services, enterprise solutions, and data analytics services for clients. The Art Supervisor (AS) is an active contributor to the creative team, taking full responsibility for concept and art/design development across various projects ranging in complexity and scope.
The AS is a direct liaison between creative and junior/mid-level account team members, focused on answering strategic and creative expectations. With a solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements across all communication channels, the AS ensures work achieves its full potential, adheres to brand standards, and maintains a consistent brand experience. The AS expertly presents and defends work internally and externally, exhibits leadership by monitoring workloads of direct reports, and plays a pivotal role in leading and elevating design and art direction across the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate art/design across the team, adding value wherever possible.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior-level creatives, advancing creative from both copy and art standpoints.
- Bring a wide range of creative solutions to projects using strong conceptual skills.
- Lead art direction across projects of varying scope, complexity, and channels to create a cohesive brand experience.
- Execute design work across digital and print formats using Figma and Adobe InDesign.
- Estimate individual hours (for oneself and direct reports) for a variety of projects.
- Use advanced design principles to distill complex scientific information into compelling, clear data visualizations.
- Apply mastery of file-building, management best practices, and The One Intouch Process.
- Hit utilization targets for themselves and direct reports.
- Apply accessibility best practices to all work.
- Mentor and grow junior team members, elevating their designs and expanding their industry knowledge.
- Develop knowledge of clients’ business and how work impacts it.
- Proactively collaborate with planning, UX, and development teams to ensure alignment.
- Build strong relationships with creative, account management, product management, production, studio, and cross-functional teams.
- Confidently present and sell ideas to clients.
- Contribute to new business efforts.
- Develop multichannel creative that displays strong conceptual thinking, strategic/business acumen, and finely crafted designs.
- Leverage emerging AI tools to support and elevate creative work.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with launches, label updates, and other industry-specific projects.
- Solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements.
- Knowledge of marketing/advertising principles and brand standards.
- Ability to create compelling data visualizations from complex scientific information.
- Mastery of file-building, management best practices, and workflow processes.

Pay
If this job posting includes a base salary range, it represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in the U.S. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). This role is eligible for hire in select U.S. locations based on business and operational considerations.
