Key Job Responsibilities
- Works independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects
- Articulates a clear direction to copy partners, direct reports, or junior staff
- Possesses expert knowledge of the science to use it innovatively
- Masters the nuances of the work and shows ability to think on feet
- Produces a breadth of fresh, strategic, and persuasive concepts
- Able to create using all forms of media (print, digital, etc) from conception to completion
- Evaluates work without imposing own style, emphasizing overall team success
- Ensures quality; able to approve work for client presentations
- Provides feedback on timelines and job processes with an eye toward resourcing for the overall workload
Job Qualifications (Skills/Requirements)
- 5+ years of industry/agency experience
- Communication skills, including ability to present internally/externally
- Experience building strong client relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within appropriate software programs: Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
