About the role

At Framebridge, we are disrupting the custom framing market by replacing a cumbersome experience with a delightful one, expanding the market for custom framing while building a beloved brand that celebrates life’s best moments. To fulfill this mission we build great teams across e‑commerce, retail, design, and manufacturing, operating online and in a growing fleet of retail stores and multiple manufacturing facilities that deliver high‑quality custom products at an affordable price with quick turnaround. Our manufacturing studio team creates and assembles customer orders from retail and online channels — working with timeless art, clothing, tapestries, and unforgettable photos. We process orders via custom technology, measure inputs to the highest quality, and cut, mount, and frame art with pristine perfection. As detail‑oriented craftsmen we cut, sew, build, glue, measure, frame, and ship products back to delighted individuals. This role operates CNC routers to cut picture‑frame products from acrylic and mat board, manages production of high‑quality frames using a double miter saw and pneumatic underpinner, and supplies framing materials to art‑cell teams to ensure on‑time, perfect order fulfillment. We strive for lean manufacturing results and customer satisfaction, and embrace Framebridge’s values of pride, collaboration, adaptability, follow‑through, making each product special, and building to last.
