About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet the needs of government agencies and private businesses.
- Improve user experience by analyzing user feedback and implementing changes.
- Ensure data security by implementing and maintaining robust security protocols.
- Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions and meet their specific requirements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the platform, including bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of database management systems and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and optimize complex systems.
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with API design and integration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
