About the role
The Art Handler/Driver position involves managing the transportation and handling of artwork, ensuring its safe delivery to various locations.
Responsibilities
- Transport artwork using specialized vehicles and equipment
- Handle and load/unload artwork with care to prevent damage
- Communicate with clients and artists regarding artwork status and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during transportation
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with handling fragile items
- Good physical condition for lifting and moving artwork
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Skills
- Knowledge of art handling and storage techniques
