About the role
The Art Director – Market Access (PrecisionAQ) is responsible for designing and creating visually compelling materials for pharmaceutical clients. This role requires a strong foundation in design and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design materials based on strategic and tactical plans provided by the account management team.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director to maintain creative standards.
- Delegate projects to senior graphic designers and designers, and review and critique their work.
- Work with production personnel to ensure smooth production of approved designs.
- Review all production materials and sign off before forwarding to the Project Manager for further approvals.
- Meet with the Agency team to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising or graphic design, with experience in pharma preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as an Art Director in a creative department environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Mac and PC.
- Strong creative thinking, professional confidence, thoroughness, results orientation, teamwork, strong attention to detail, self-starter, leadership, and teamwork skills.

- Extensive client contact experience and good presentation skills.
- Able to seek out and incorporate feedback from others to address issues and concerns.
