Art Director (Experiential)

Concept & Art Direction A strategic-minded creative with a passion to create & ideate across experiential & live event marketing channels, with a focus on breakthrough thinking, art direction and visuals, and an understanding of creating impactful experiences across all stages of the consumer journey. You’ll push for new and innovative experiential thinking, while championing brand stands, experience design, and visual approach to all projects. You’ll be passionate about industry trends and innovation and partner will fellow creative, producers, client service leads all along the way. Responsibilities Specifics Include: Execute the creative process in tandem with our client service & Production teams, from concept to completion – collaborating with partners within creative and beyond to deliver best in class work. Translate marketing objectives and briefs into big ideas Communicating big ideas succinctly and clearly in a way that makes them buyable, easy and exciting Ensure all visual communication and brand standards are met, both internally and externally Develop pitch decks, proposals and reports that encapsulate those ideas – working both independently and with a team Supports the design function, able and willing to jump in on graphic and productions design needs as is Lead brand storytelling coupled with creative relevant tactics applicable for execution Qualifications Desired Skills: Design skills/abilities (Adobe platforms) Is able to comp up own work and ideas Understand powerpoint /presentation design Can work across multiple formats and mediums Possesses an understanding of retail-forward activation Illustration, 3D, Animation, or Video editing skills a bonus Equal Opportunities Jet Fuel is committed to building diverse teams and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
