Art Director/Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced art director with a strong understanding of branding and a passion for storytelling. The ideal candidate should have agency experience and be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Develop design and copy for brands in various industries
• Assist the Creative Director in campaign development, target audience messaging, and design execution
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
• Develop and ensure brand standards are always in tact
• Meet with clients to discuss and develop campaign strategies and solutions
• Work with web developers and designers on creative execution

Requirements

• 3-5 years of agency experience developing campaigns for a wide variety of industries
• An understanding of how to position a brand to build emotional connections with their target audiences
• A proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Can present ideas clearly and enthusiastically to clients
• A storyteller that can work with copy to bring messaging to life
• Expert at managing deadlines and workflows
