Art Director

Overview

Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to develop concepts based on creative briefs. Manage own projects from concept to completion by presenting ideas, creating layouts, final files, and digital executions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Kill the Boring: Partner with writers and thinkers to birth ideas that don’t just fill a media buy, but actually start conversations.
• Rule the Feed: Use your creative mastery to turn social platforms into a brand’s competitive advantage.
• Ownt the Room: You aren’t just tucked away in a dark room; you’ll present your vision, defend the “big idea,” and build trust directly with our clients.
• Master the Craft: From high-level brand identity to the technical grit of integrated campaigns, you’ll ensure every pixel serves a purpose.

Qualifications

• The Experience: 3+ years in the agency trenches. You know the drill, but you haven’t lost your spark.
• The Toolkit: You live in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. If you can also edit video or snap a professional photo, you’re basically a unicorn (and we want you).
• The Portfolio: If it doesn’t make us a little bit jealous, it’s not the one. Show us conceptual thinking, not just execution.
• The Vibe: You thrive in the fast lane but remain the person everyone wants to grab a beer (or a coffee) with.

Education

Bachelor’s degree and/or portfolio school required (internship helpful)
