What You'll Do

  • Concept, design, and execute innovative visual identities and touchpoints for large-scale corporate events and experiences.
  • Act as a turnkey creative, driving high-level strategy and visual branding down to hands-on production asset creation across presentation decks, onstage signage, web touchpoints, wayfinding, and promotional merchandise.
  • Develop and templatize presentation decks (primarily in presentation software) using diverse source materials for seamless live-event show delivery.
  • Prepare production-ready files for physical print collateral, large-format event signage, and wayfinding, collaborating directly with print vendors to ensure precise specifications and color accuracy.
  • Partner with copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, and producers to deliver customer-focused solutions on time and within budget.
  • Independently lead creative workstreams and collaborate across internal teams and external agency partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Present concepts, visual directions, and execution plans internally to leadership and stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • An online creative portfolio demonstrating strong brand visual systems, conceptual thinking, art direction, and hands-on execution across print and digital touchpoints.
  • In-depth mastery of industry-standard design tools and expert proficiency in presentation software for complex presentation design.
  • Demonstrated expertise in prepress design and print production, including creating print-ready files for large-format signage and environmental/event wayfinding.
  • Experience designing branding and visual assets for physical or corporate events, pop-up activations, or experiential campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with an obsession for customer impact and visual consistency.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills with the ability to navigate corporate ambiguity.
