ARPA-H ISO Coordinator

About the role

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an ISO Coordinator (Innovation Solutions Opening Coordinator) to support a company that aids advanced federal research and development programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative government-funded initiatives focused on advancing next-generation technologies and research. The ISO Coordinator will serve in a front-office, stakeholder-facing role, supporting the development, publication, and management of program solicitations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, review, and publication of program solicitations and Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs).
• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance throughout the solicitation and proposal submission process.
• Manage incoming proposals and supporting documentation during pre-award activities.
• Collaborate with proposal managers, program teams, and external partners to ensure solicitation requirements are communicated clearly and accurately.
• Facilitate meetings, briefings, and stakeholder engagements while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the successful execution of research and innovation programs.

Requirements

• Experience supporting federal government contracting, acquisitions, grants, research programs, or proposal management activities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to consult effectively across diverse audiences.
• Understanding of government solicitation, proposal, and pre-award processes.
• Experience supporting or interacting with innovation-focused organizations such as ARPA, DARPA, IARPA, ARPA-I, ARPA-E, or similar research and development agencies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000
