Responsibilities

• Anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance
• Blood draws and IV catheter placement
• Dentistry and dental radiographs
• Radiology and lab work
• Client communication and education
• Medication preparation and record keeping

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as a Technician
• Confident in skills, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and passion for patient care

Qualifications

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Requires the ability to handle animals safely and compassionately
• Able to tolerate exposure to animal waste, odors, scratches, bites, and potential infectious disease

Skills

• Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance
• Experience with blood draws and IV catheter placement
• Knowledge of dentistry and dental radiographs
• Ability to perform radiology and lab work
• Effective communication skills
• Strong medication preparation and record keeping skills
