Responsible for providing expert-level support in the field of Army Vantage. Expertise required includes understanding of military operations and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to users on Army Vantage software.
• Conduct research and analysis to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
• Document processes and procedures for ongoing training and reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of Army Vantage and other related software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
