Army Software Development II - PEO Soldier
Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Army Software Developer to join our team in Ft. Belvoir, VA. This position supports government stakeholders, test agencies, logistics teams, and cybersecurity teams, as well as the Capability Portfolio Executive Offices (CPEs), Project Managers (PMs), and Product Offices.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage development activities related to building and maintaining software releases for promotion to the production environment.
- Provide computer development and coding support with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Qlik.
- Apply strong program and project management skills in a collaborative Agile software development environment.
- Deliver excellent presentations and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance is required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software/Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Army software development.
- Knowledge of Army tactical networks, mission command systems, or enterprise software.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
