About the role

The primary responsibility of an Armored Car Crew Leader involves leading a team in securing and transporting valuable assets safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of armored car drivers and security personnel
• Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and properly equipped
• Plan and execute transportation routes efficiently while maintaining security protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle emergencies and incidents promptly and according to established procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
