Armed Weekend Security Officer
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring an Armed Tactical Security Officer. The ideal candidate should have a keen sense of observation and physical ability to patrol various locations.
Responsibilities
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Military, Law Enforcement, or Armed Corrections background
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid Driver License and clean Motor Vehicle Report
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- First aid certification is an asset
- Able to stand and walk for the entire shift

Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $21.00 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees)
Schedule
Part Time. 9pm to 5am. Friday - Sparta. Saturday - Smithville
Skills
Physical ability, keen sense of observation, quick reaction skills, and ability to document incidents.
