About the role

ALK Global Security Solutions is hiring full-time and part-time armed security professionals for immediate openings in the Portland and Beaverton areas.

Responsibilities

• Train, certify, and receive uniforms from the company
• Provide security services including armed and non-armed security
• Operate and maintain equipment such as less-lethal options
• Ensure reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Communicate effectively and de-escalate situations
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid armed security guard certification
• At least three years of armed-security or relevant experience
• At least two less-lethal equipment options
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and availability
• Strong customer-service and de-escalation skills
• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
• Pass an extensive background check and meet Oregon employment requirements
