Job Skills / Requirements

TriCorps Security is hiring individuals to monitor and control access to client properties. Applicants must have a flexible schedule, pass drug and background tests, and have reliable transportation to and from job locations.

Responsibilities

• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry
• Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures
• Controlling traffic by directing drivers
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences, interviewing witnesses, and obtaining signatures
• Ensuring the operation of equipment through preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques
• Following the instructions of managers and clients to provide the best service

Requirements

• Maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and behavior
• Ability to stand for an entire shift (8-12 hours)
• Continual awareness of surroundings
• Articulateness in verbal and written communication
• Good judgment in stressful situations
• Ability to interact with people and solve problems effectively

Certification Requirements

• TX PSB Level 3 Armed License
• TX PSB Level II License
