Armed Security Officer - Warehouse Day Shift

About the role

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer to join our Warehouse team in Northeast Las Vegas, Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter

Requirements

• Be 21+ years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable ARMED employment OR equivalent LEO, military, or CO with regular armed duties
• Hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of 1 year with the ability to pass a drivers record background check
• Experience in Access Control procedures preferred
• Display exceptional customer service and communications skills
• Be comfortable performing foot patrol routes requiring standing and walking for long periods of time
• Have professional demeanor and appearance
• Have proficiency in using computers and tablets
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Schedule

Full time 6:00am - 5:30pm

Pay

$19.10 Hourly
