Armed Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Clearance Required

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.
• Maintain awareness of restricted areas and controlled property and monitor access control points, verifying credentials and authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and notification procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrol activities, incidents, visitor access, and security-related observations.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

$28.68 / Hour

Schedule

Daytime shifts Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with additional flexible scheduling options through Claim a Shift platform.
