Job Description

Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Armed Security Officer for State Site in Plymouth MA Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8 AM - 6 PM Starting Pay is $23.79 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training Candidate is Required to Have a Concealed Carry Permit and 1+ Years of Previous Related Experience

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, traffic-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, roadways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, hazardous conditions, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Operate in accordance with post orders and applicable firearm protocols, maintaining preparedness to support public-facing operations and coordinated response efforts when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
