Armed Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time

About the role

As an Armed Security Officer Patrol Driver, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the retail grocery location, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, customer disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the store, parking areas, loading zones, perimeter, and other assigned areas to help deter theft, trespassing, and unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents, patrols, observations, and interactions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

$18.00 / Hour

• Wednesday: 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM
• Thursday: 07:30 AM - 01:00 PM
• Friday: 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM
