About the role

As an Armed Security Officer at a retail location in Spring, TX, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with store leadership and public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations, in accordance with applicable laws and site procedures.
• Help to deter theft, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and other unauthorized activity through a visible presence, observation, and timely reporting.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly using required reporting tools and procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

• Part-Time
• Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
