Armed Security Officer

About the role

The Armed Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. Officers preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Armed Security Officers provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers and serve as a physical deterrent. Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a Virginia Armed DCJS certification (required)
• Must pass the Armed Certification Assessment
• Armed security experience preferred
• Safe Driver criteria preferred
