• Valid Alabama Driver's License.
• Current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) obtained from the DMV.
• Current Alabama ASRB Armed Security Officer License.
• Valid Alabama Pistol Permit.
• Duty weapon information (Make, Model, Caliber, and Serial Number).
• Employment eligibility documentation (social security card, birth certificate, HS Diploma/GED).
• Any additional certifications related to security or law enforcement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a current Alabama ASRB Armed Security Officer License.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR (driving record).
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Be dependable, punctual, and career-focused.
• Be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.

Essential Job Duties

• Protect client personnel, visitors, and property.
• Conduct armed foot and vehicle patrols.
• Monitor access control points and enforce site policies.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Enforce post orders and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
