About the role

Attend our in-person hiring event to meet with our team and interview for Armed Security Officer opportunities. Armed guard card holders are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles or $3,000 for part-time roles. Must have a valid NV ARMED PILB.

We now offer flexible pay options like weekly pay and Instant Pay. This role serves and safeguards clients across industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$22.66+ per hour.
