This Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced position provides a flexible, dependable option for individuals looking to supplement their income, gain hands‑on experience, or work toward a full‑time career with the industry leader. As an Armed Security Officer – Flexible in Universal City, TX, you will have a reliable base schedule at an assigned site with the ability to earn more by picking up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay

$15.50 per hour

Schedule

Daytime – Monday 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees while carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions or policy concerns, reporting observations according to site procedures.
• Carry and maintain assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and client procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
