DayTime Wed: 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail environment.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and investigate unusual conditions, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related incidents according to post orders and local laws.
• Support closing and opening procedures, assist with alarm-related responses when applicable, and maintain a visible presence to help to deter disruptions and/or other security-related issues at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licenses requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
