Minimum Requirements

• 21+ Years of Age
• Active Armed Guard Card/License
• Valid Driver's License
• 3+ Years' Combined Law Enforcement/Corrections/Military OR 5+ Years Armed Security Experience
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas
• At Least 21 Years of Age for Armed Roles
• Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a retail grocery location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the store interior, exterior, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
• Monitor access points, delivery areas, and restricted locations; verify authorized entry and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site management, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
