$47.22 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional armed presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess a law enforcement officer license.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
