As an Armed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will communicate clearly with visitors and staff while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business and perimeter, including monitoring access points and reporting unusual activity.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Assist with access control and visitor verification while helping to deter unauthorized entry.

Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Have at least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess a Level III armed certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

$19.00 / Hour

• Tuesday: 07:30 AM - 02:30 PM
• Wednesday: 08:30 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thursday: 07:30 AM - 02:30 PM
• Friday: 08:30 AM - 03:00 PM
