Armed Security Officer

About the role

TriCorps is an integrated security and technology firm that provides physical security, electronic security, and cybersecurity services nationwide. The company is seeking professional and motivated Armed Security Officers for its Waynesboro, Pennsylvania location. As an Armed Officer, you will maintain safety and security of client properties by enforcing site rules, conducting patrols, and providing a visible, professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Perform entrance control by enforcing building entry and identification procedures.
• Conduct roving patrols of facilities and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain stationary posts, monitoring security systems and controlling access points.
• Provide escort services for employees, visitors, or designated individuals as directed.
• Enforce law and order, responding promptly to incidents or potential threats to safety.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports documenting incidents, activities, and security observations.
• Preserve order and ensure compliance with all site regulations to protect personnel, property, and assets.
• Support client and management directives to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania Armed Security Officer Certification.
• Reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Schedule

Positions are full‑time with shifts that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Available shifts include 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift.
