Armed Security Officer

About the role

Signal of New England is seeking an Armed Dedicated Security Officer to play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of residential buildings, client assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and active security presence.
• Conduct random foot patrols of the property and key areas.
• Respond to dispatches, alarms, and emergency situations.
• Write detailed incident reports, tour reports, and summary logs.
• Offer excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Communicate and collaborate with local emergency services when required.

Requirements

• Be on-time, in uniform, and professional.
• Prior military or law enforcement experience preferred, with willingness to train the right individuals.
• Active MA LTC (License to Carry).
• Own concealed or open carry equipment.
• Pass an annual firearms qualification.
• Able to attend required training in Natick, MA and Holliston, MA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Vigilant, observant, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to de-escalate conflict.

$26.00 - $27.00 hourly
