Armed Security Officer

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on building meaningful connections and providing excellent customer service while working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as top priority.
• Fulfill access control duties: checking IDs, answering phones, handling visitors and deliveries.
• Observe, survey the area, and report on activity at your assigned location.
• Perform foot and vehicle patrols (interior/exterior) as a physical deterrent.
• Represent Garda World positively when working with client members.
• Keep the community clear of clutter, ensure cars are parked correctly, and enforce traffic rules.
• Limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats to maintain a safe experience.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
