Armed Security Officer

Mission

Serve as a trusted safety partner in a faith-based environment, maintaining a safe, calm, and violence-free campus while building credibility with visitors, staff, and administrators.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a professional presence and conduct proactive campus patrols
• Use calm verbal de-escalation to manage conflicts and disruptions
• Act as a capable first responder during emergencies
• Build professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries
• Write clear, factual incident reports and support operational excellence

Requirements

• Minimum five years of Armed Security experience
• Military, or law enforcement, or armed school security experience is required
• PA Act 235 Certification and PA Concealed Carry Permit
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and professional demeanor
• No disqualifying criminal history

Preferred

• CPR/First Aid/AED
