Armed Security Guard
About the role
The Armed Security Guards (CSG) provide operations and strategic support to Tribal 8(a) and commercial organizations. This position supports the Federal Government and commercial sector.
Responsibilities
- Overall security and safety of the facility, activities, and security awareness.
- Provide security services on-site.
- Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols.
- Utilize tour tracking software in the performance of daily duties.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Engage in continuous physical effort requiring prolonged periods of walking, standing, and occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- State Guard Card certification.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Tier 3 adjudicated investigation.
- Both Oregon and Washington weapons qualifications.

Skills
- Physical fitness for 12-hour shifts.
- Knowledge of tour tracking software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills.
